Meteor is a digital multi-track recorder,with up to 12 mono or stereo audio tracks,or MIDI tracks,a built-in mixer and multi-effect processor. Includes fade in/out,reverse,gain,normalize,time stretch,pitch shift,delay,chorus,flanger,reverb,graphic equalizer,noise gate,tremolo,tone boost,compressor (with side chaining),and distortion. The mixer and effect levels can be fully automated,and two tracks can be merged with a stereo mixdown facility.

The MIDI editor and virtual instruments (both in-app purchases) support note editing,step mode recording,and in-place editing,MIDI clock sync with external hardware,MIDI Thru. Also includes a sample editor,three global send effect busses,insert stereo effects (with ability to freeze a track to save CPU workload),metronome,automatic delay compensation,ability to split a stereo track into two mono tracks,audio and MIDI quantization,downloadable sound library. Video import is available as in-app purchase.
